이용약관
이 약관은 leed.at(이하 ‘개발자’)이 제공하는 AdWidget(스토어 이름 ‘Admob & Adsense Widget’, 이하 ‘앱’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
1. 서비스 소개
앱은 이용자가 승인한 Google 계정의 AdMob·AdSense 데이터를 읽기 전용으로 조회해 앱 화면과 홈 화면·잠금 화면 위젯에 보여 주는 도구입니다. 앱은 광고 설정, 결제 정보, 계정 설정을 변경하지 않습니다.
2. 약관의 동의
앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제해 주세요.
3. 계정과 권한
- 앱은 Google 계정으로 로그인하며, 별도의 회원 가입 절차가 없습니다.
- 이용자는 본인이 정당한 접근 권한을 가진 AdMob·AdSense 계정만 연결해야 합니다.
- 기기와 Google 계정의 보안은 이용자가 관리합니다.
- 이용자는 언제든 앱에서 로그아웃하거나 Google 계정 권한 페이지에서 앱의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
4. 표시되는 수치는 추정치입니다
- Google 보고서는 몇 시간가량 늦게 반영될 수 있습니다.
- 무효 트래픽 차감 등 Google의 조정에 따라 최종 금액이 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 표시 통화가 계정 통화와 다르면 Google 보고서의 환산 기준을 따릅니다.
- 기간은 각 계정의 보고 시간대를 기준으로 계산합니다.
- 개발자는 표시되는 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 적시성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 재무·세무·투자 등 중요한 결정은 반드시 AdMob·AdSense 공식 콘솔과 지급 내역으로 확인하세요.
5. 광고
앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 앱 안에 광고를 표시합니다. 광고와 관련된 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 이용자의 의무
- 관련 법령과 Google 서비스 약관(AdMob·AdSense 정책 포함)을 지켜야 합니다.
- 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 역설계·변조·재배포해서는 안 됩니다.
- 자동화된 수단으로 과도한 요청을 보내 Google API나 앱의 정상적인 동작을 방해해서는 안 됩니다.
- 다른 사람의 계정을 권한 없이 연결해서는 안 됩니다.
7. 지식재산권과 상표
앱의 디자인, 코드, 로고 등에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다.
AdMob 및 AdSense는 Google LLC의 상표이며, 이 앱은 Google과 제휴 관계가 없고 Google의 보증을 받지 않았습니다.

App Store는 Apple Inc.의 상표이고, Google Play는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
8. 보증의 부인
앱은 ‘있는 그대로(as is)’, ‘제공 가능한 범위에서(as available)’ 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 앱이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다는 점, 표시되는 데이터가 정확·완전·최신이라는 점을 포함해 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
9. 책임의 제한
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불가, 데이터의 지연·오류·누락으로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해와 수익·영업 기회·데이터의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해와 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 그렇지 않습니다.
10. 서비스의 변경과 중단
Google API 정책, 앱 스토어 정책의 변경이나 기술적 사유로 앱의 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 웹사이트를 통해 알립니다.
11. 약관의 변경
약관을 변경하면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관의 시행 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
12. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 법규가 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AdWidget (store name “Admob & Adsense Widget”, “the app”), provided by leed.at (“we”, “the developer”).
1. The service
The app is a tool that reads AdMob and AdSense data from the Google Account you authorize, with read-only access, and shows it in the app and in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. The app never changes your ad settings, payment details, or account settings.
2. Acceptance
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app.
3. Accounts and permissions
- You sign in with a Google Account; there is no separate registration.
- Only connect AdMob and AdSense accounts that you are authorized to access.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and Google Account.
- You can sign out in the app or revoke the app’s access from your Google Account permissions at any time.
4. Figures are read-only estimates
- Google’s reports can be delayed by several hours.
- Final amounts can change after Google’s adjustments, such as invalid-traffic deductions.
- If your display currency differs from your account currency, Google’s report conversion applies.
- Periods are calculated in each account’s reporting time zone.
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data shown.
- Always confirm important financial, tax, or investment decisions in the official AdMob and AdSense consoles and payment records.
5. Advertising
The app is free and shows ads to support its operation. Ad-related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws and Google’s terms of service, including AdMob and AdSense policies.
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows.
- Do not use automated means to send excessive requests or interfere with Google APIs or the app.
- Do not connect other people’s accounts without authorization.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The developer owns the rights to the app’s design, code, and logo.
AdMob and AdSense are trademarks of Google LLC; this app is not affiliated with Google.
App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including that the app will operate without interruption or error, or that the data shown is accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the app, or from delays, errors, or omissions in the data. This does not limit liability for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to the service
Features may change or be discontinued because of changes to Google API or app store policies, or for technical reasons. We will announce important changes in the app or on this website.
11. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Continuing to use the app after the changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not limited by these terms.
